Our new autumn menu is just what you want for the cooler days and darker evenings. This is just a taste of the menu that's bursting with new dishes.
Choose from a starter of Suffolk Pork Cheeks with smoked celeriac and plum. Our pork is all free range from the Butler family's farm near Southwold whose location is perfect with its proximity to the sea breezes and the partially sandy soil which the pigs love! Or try our beautiful Goats Cheese & Apple Millefeuille with pickled apple gel. The goats cheese is creamy and mild cut through with the apple textures and tangy gel.
For mains, we have the stunning Roasted Cod with tandoori crushed potatoes (the pink of the tandoori potatoes complimented by the colour of the cod marinated in curry powder) the buttery Roscoff onion; Slow Braised Lamb Shoulder & spiced aubergine - perfect comfort food - and the rich and lovely Beetroot & Squash Wellington with pickled shimeji. A special mention goes to the Wild Market Fish with, wait for it... lobster & crab mac n cheese!

Aviary.
A tall refreshing rum cocktail with the fruity notes of pineapple tempered by lime and Campari.
Eclipse.
A stunning tequila base with a red rim, symbolising an eclipse of the sun.
Rosemarine.
A lovely gin sour with subtle notes of rosemary and herbs.
